These terms apply to everyone who uses TrueBuild Realty, a marketplace for property in Delhi NCR operated by [registered company name]. By creating an account or posting a listing, you agree to them.
What we are, and what we aren’t
TrueBuild Realty lets owners, agents and builders list properties and lets buyers contact them. We aren’t a party to any sale, we don’t act as anyone’s agent, and we don’t take a commission. We don’t verify every detail in a listing, so check title documents, approvals and RERA registration yourself before paying anything.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older and give accurate details, including whether you’re an owner, an agent or a builder.
- Keep your password private. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.
- One person or business per account. Don’t create accounts for someone else without their permission.
Listing a property
- Only list a property you own, or are authorised in writing to sell or market.
- Prices, areas, photos and descriptions must be accurate and current. Mark a property as sold when it is.
- New projects must show a valid RERA registration number. Agents must hold any registration their state requires.
- Use only photos you have the right to use. Don’t post other people’s personal details.
- No duplicate, fake, bait or misleading listings, and nothing illegal or offensive.
Contacting sellers
Enquiries go straight to the seller with the contact details you enter. Use them only for that property. Don’t send spam, and don’t collect other users’ details for marketing.
Moderation
Anyone can report a listing. We may remove listings or suspend accounts that break these terms, and we’ll tell you why by email. If you think we got it wrong, reply to that email.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You give us permission to display it on TrueBuild Realty and to resize or re-encode photos for that purpose, for as long as the listing is up.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses arising from listings, from dealings between users, or from the site being unavailable.
Changes and contact
